Once inside, the studio itself is for your exclusive private use. 🧺 Laundry facilities: - Shared washing and drying facilities are available within the apartment building and cost approximately £3.50 per use. 🛏 Studio layout - The bedroom and living area king sofa bed are divided by a full height curtain rather than a solid door, allowing flexibility while maintaining privacy. 🚗 Parking - Secure underground parking is available for free, but is located approximately 500 metres from the studio. Full access instructions are provided before arrival. 🔊 Location & Noise Notice - The studio is located on a busy city centre road in Edinburgh’s Old Town, next to a bar that is open late at weekends. Street and nightlife noise will be audible inside the apartment, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights and every night during the world-famous Fringe Festival. It’s best suited to guests who enjoy staying in the heart of the action and are comfortable with a lively city atmosphere. Ear plugs and a white noise machine are provided, however, this property may not be suitable for very light sleepers or guests seeking a very quiet stay.
